If you are polling strangers, who may have no training or service dog experience, to try to figure out how to even start, you are so fat over your head. Temperament testing a working dog, training the minimum standards for public access, understanding how to chain complex behaviors to create tasks, knowing how to get behavior under stimulus control, evaluating failures to determine if a correction is trainable or there is an unworkable issue requiring wash-out, and so on are not the types of things one can or should be learning on social media.
Just because the law (in the US, not sure of other areas) allows an individual to self-train an SD doesn’t mean everyone can or should.
